Marine Gets Nasty Surprise At Home After Returning From War – Now He’s In Prison For A LONG Time!

Trump needs to get him out of there!

Published

on

A horrible criminal situation is irking the family of a Detroit-area Marine who was involved in a home invasion that included a shooting. The Marine was in a home with his fiancee, infant son, and a few friends. It was supposed to be a fun night with friends and family has turned into an epic nightmare that involves jail, shootings, and criminal court? The family was hanging with friends, and then they heard a strange sound of someone rummaging at the door. It was a violent sound that alarmed the people inside the house to be scared or worried. It was like the sound someone hears in a horror film when a monster is breaking in to eat the people inside. It was a sound that prompted the Marine to go into his natural instinctual protective mode. He’s a trained Marine with the innate ability to remain focused while someone attempted a home invasion that could have lead to multiple fatalities.

The violent sounds at the door prompted everyone to worry about who or what was outside. This wasn’t a fictional story, this was real life, and this family and group of friends were about to be invaded, raped, murdered – who knows what could have happened! The Marine sprung into action and went to the door to confront the beast outside that was trying to get at everything and everyone on the inside. A strange man was standing on the lawn. The Marine instructed him to leave, but the man on the lawn apparently brandished a weapon and fired multiple shots towards the Marine. The Marine was struck in the hip with a single shot. Bullet holes riddled the home. This was no friendly visi. This was an attempted murder on a small group of people, one of whom was a newborn 3-week-old baby.

The cops arrived, and that’s when the attempted home invasion and attempted murder turned worse for the Marine. The Marine got locked up and charged with more serious crimes than the home invader was charged with. The Marine who protected everyone, and didn’t kill anyone, was SENT TO JAIL and charged with multiple felonies.

Fox 2 Detroit reported on the home invasion:
“Friday night, Nelson’s family says Joey Nelson had been inside with his fiancée, their 3-week-old son and a couple of friends when someone violently started to knock on the door trying to get in.

Westland police say the man outside was 39-year-old Michael Wilson of Detroit.

“I don’t know (who he is); my son doesn’t know him; the owner of the home doesn’t know him,” says Steve.

Cracking the door frame, the family says Joey grabbed his gun and yelled for Wilson to leave.

“He opened up the door because he was standing here in the yard,” Steve says. “(Joey) told him to get off his property and at that time (Wilson) produced a gun and started shooting at my son.”

Joey’s family says the young Marine was shot in the hip before calling 911 and telling everyone to get downstairs. Joey fired back at Wilson, who they say took off as police arrived.

FOX 2 noticed the large amount of bullet holes at the home.

“Yes ma’am, there are quite a few. This gentleman was not here for coffee,” Steve responded.

Westland police say that a fight over a mutual female friend inside the home led to the shooting. Joey is now charged with several felonies, including assault with intent to murder.

Although Joey is charged with several felonies, Wilson is only charged with carrying a concealed weapon.

“This man out here in the front yard fired multiple shots into a house with multiple people inside and a 3-week-old baby. Simple. And he’s (only) charged with concealing a weapon illegally?” Steve asks.”

This story showed a home invasion victim being the one charged with the most serious crimes. The latest update on the situation has found that the Marine, Joseph Nelson, was able to post 10% of a $75,000 bail and be released after a few weeks of sitting behind bars. While he was in jail, he was allegedly mistreated and had to wait for a much longer than usual time to get treatment to the gunshot wound in his hip. The man was shot, sent to jail, and almost did not get treatment for it. He also was on antibiotics, but the employees in the jail apparently did not provide him with his required medication for whatever ailment called for it.

Joseph Nelson now awaits his day in court as he’s charged with felonious crimes such as the intent to murder. This is huge in comparison to what the real criminal was charged with, which was a minor gun crime. The person who was attempting a home invasion was charged with fewer and less severe crimes than the person who was protecting his family and friends.

If the criminal was able to break into the home, then who knows what could have happened. There was a 3-week-old baby inside, and Joseph Nelson saved that child. Nelson could be thrown in jail for a very long time if a judge finds him guilty. Is that fair? Why was he the one behind bars?

Chilling Detail From 18 Calls To Cops About Cruz Before Shooting Just Released – Someone’s Going To Pay!

Multiple chances to stop this, but…

Published

on

While the left wing media such as CNN and MSNBC are busy blaming gun owners and the right-wing media is busy blaming mental health it seems the real reason the Parkland Florida shooting happened was neither.

This morning USA Today reported that Broward County deputies received at least 18 calls warning them about Nikolas Cruz from 2008 to 2017. Some of which even went as far to include concerns that he was planning to shoot up the school.

Most of the warnings were made by people who had direct contact with Cruz, and five of these people even mentioned the fact that he had ample access to multiple weapons and firearms of different types and calibers. In February of 2016, one neighbor also told police they were concerned that Cruz would carry out a mass shooting, citing pictures he had posted to his Instagram account where he shows himself brandishing multiple types of firearms and a variety of knives. Cruz left the authorities with all this information and clues, and nothing happened. They could have evoked the Baker Act where he could have been evaluated to see what his mental health was like, which could have placed him into a helpful setting to put him on the path to receiving treatment that he needed.

Below is a sample of the multiple missed opportunities law enforcement officials had to stop this tragedy via USA Today:

In February 2016, neighbors told police that they were worried he “planned to shoot up the school” after seeing alarming pictures on Instagram showing Cruz brandishing guns.

About two months later, an unidentified caller told police that Cruz had been collecting guns and knives. The caller was “concerned (Cruz) will kill himself one day and believes he could be a school shooter in the making,” according to call details released by the Sheriff’s Office.

A second cousin asked police to take away Cruz’s guns after his mom died on Nov. 1. “Nikolas is reported to have rifles and it is requested that (deputies) recover these weapons,” the dispatcher noted from the call.

The new details add to the growing list of red flags missed by law enforcement officials, including the FBI, in the months leading up to last week’s mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. The FBI is reviewing why a tip last month called into the agency about Cruz’s desire to kill people was not forwarded to Miami agents for investigation.

The Sheriff’s Office has since opened two internal affairs investigations looking into whether its deputies followed the department’s standards after receiving two phone calls.

After the February 2016 call, a deputy forwarded the information to the Stoneman Douglas School Resource Officer, Deputy Scot Peterson.

Third hand information received from neighbor’s son that Nikolas Cruz planned to shoot up the school on Instagram” according to the notes from a dispatcher taking the call.

The deputy had “determined Nikolas Cruz possessed knives and a BB gun” before passing it along to Peterson. It’s not clear what, if anything, Peterson did with the information.

After the November call from a relative to the sheriff’s office, deputies referred the caller to the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office. Cruz, 19, had moved in with a family in Lake Worth after his mother died.

In late November, Palm Beach County deputies responded to a battery call after Cruz punched Rock Deschamps, the 22-year-old son of Roxcanne Deschamps, who took him in after his mother died. Rock Deschamps told deputies he didn’t want to press charges.

In 2008, Broward deputies received their first call involving Cruz, 10 at the time, after a boy threw a rock at him and Cruz retaliated, the records show.

The violent incidents became more frequent in Cruz’s adolescence.

In 2012, his mother called police after Cruz hit her with a “plastic hose from the vacuum cleaner,” according to a summary of the call.

The next year Cruz’s mother called again after he threw her against the wall because she took away his Xbox game system.

A counselor at Henderson Behavioral Health responded and advised that involuntary commitment wasn’t warranted. Cruz “punched the wall because she took away his Xbox” another time, according to a summary of a call to deputies.

“Deputy responded. No crime identified by deputy,” the dispatcher noted.

Friends and relatives said Cruz — diagnosed with depression, ADHD, OCD and autism —- had a long history of violent outbursts.

“He’d lose his temper, hit walls, throw things,” said Paul Gold, a former boyfriend of Roxcanne Deschamps who had known Cruz for eight years and drove him to his mother’s funeral. “Not the kind of kid who you’d put a gun in his hand.”

Deputies also were told Cruz could be a danger to himself. On Sept. 28, 2016, deputies and social workers were called to Stoneman Douglas High School after receiving reports that Cruz had attempted suicide by drinking gasoline a week earlier and was cutting himself.

The Florida Department of Children and Families launched an investigation into the reported self-cutting and allegations of neglect that same day, according to a DCF report on the incident.

Authorities chose not to commit Cruz at the time under the Baker Act, a law in Florida that allows authorities to hospitalize people for mental evaluation. The decision came under the advisement of clinicians at Henderson Behavioral Health, which school counselors worried may have been “premature” in their advice, according to the DCF notes.

Why doesn’t everyone point to the real cause of the problem? Law enforcement officials refused to do anything despite all the red flags that were present? After 9/11 we were all told to alert law enforcement if we saw anything out of the ordinary, and this is what people did when they notified police about Cruz. Florida’s law enforcement failed to do their job correctly and it resulted in a school shooting.

What is the most significant failure that happened in all of this? Share your thoughts and discuss this with your friends and family on Facebook and Twitter.

BREAKING: 24Hrs After WH Lockdown, Van Rams Front Gate – Authorities Release Chilling Plot Behind It

Published

on

Tensions toward President Donald Trump have been escalating across the country over the past week since the Florida school shooting, which the left immediately came out blaming the president for. Targeting all their rage and fear toward him for his support of the Second Amendment and insistence that this tragedy was caused by a mental health issue, has been their latest tactic at taking him down.

With a rise in anger and misguided rage, comes an increased threat level, which we’re seeing unfold around the White House after Secret Service made an especially alarming discovery. There has been no shortage of White House lockdowns since Trump has been in office, caused by mysterious cars parked where they don’t belong against the front gate, or suspicious packages found in this same area.

Now, 24 hours after another car left at the front gate cause the roads around the White House to be sealed off and the entire area evacuated, a van intentionally ran the fence in that area. President Trump was inside the White House at the time of the vehicular attack. The driver is in custody and authorities have released what’s behind these threats and today’s attack.

USA Today reports of today’s intentional ambush on the White House:

The U.S. Secret Service has arrested a woman who authorities say deliberately drove her car into a security barrier near the White House Friday around 3:30 p.m. while President Trump was inside.

The White House was on lockdown for about half an hour. No shots were fired and Trump, who had a news conference planned with Australia Prime Minster Malcolm Turnbull, was never in danger, according to the Secret Service.

Turnbull was also in the White House when the lockdown was initiated and left around 4 p.m.

The woman detained by the Secret Service is suspected to have intentionally crashed her vehicle into a barricade along the perimeter of the White House, an official with knowledge of the matter said.

With the suspect in custody who was reportedly in a different vehicle today than that which was found yesterday and ultimately cleared of an explosive threat, authorities were able to determine through questioning what caused this attack. The reason was the left’s worst nightmare as it’s the common denominator in shooting attacks, including the recent Florida shooting, and other senseless ambushes.

“Law enforcement sources told CNN she appeared to have mental health issues and is known to the Secret Service,” according to the Daily Mail. “The white vehicle remained at the scene afterwards with its rear windshield smashed. Its license plate was from Tennessee. The woman’s condition is not known, but police say no law enforcement officials were hurt.”

NBC News said that the woman’s name was not immediately released. There’s no word if or when that will happen. However, it’s become evidently clear within the past week that mental health is a major issue in America, leading to senseless attacks that could perhaps be prevented if the attention wasn’t misguided on gun control as the cause. At the root of all of these ambushes, threats against our president or innocent citizens calls for assassination, and more senseless mass assaults is a person suffering unaddressed mental illness.

The left will not blame the van for attacking the White House today, it was the mentally ill person driving it who did it. Is this because we can’t ban vans? Using their gun control argument after the Florida shooting last week, they should be pressing for control on cars as tools of homicide. Afterall, this has been terrorists latest tool in an attack. They won’t argue that this time since it doesn’t fit their narrative and the target was President Trump, who liberals dislike anyway and often speak freely about assassinating.

Every threat that’s caused the White House to go on lockdown in a little over a year has been from a deranged liberal who feels empowered to do these terroristic things. The left perpetuates hate against our president and conservative citizens and drives mentally ill people to do horrible things or at least threaten or attempt them. Maybe there needs to be control based on liberalism?

The numerous security breaches at the White House since the Trumps have lived there is not because of him, it’s due to the instability that Democrats instill in their liberal followers who are more than willing to do their dirty work.

It began with a series of “fence jumpers,” then, countless “mystery packages” found on the property. Now it’s escalated to people ramming barriers with their cars. One can’t help but wonder if all of these failed attempts are “test runs” for a bigger event that homegrown terrorist or others are preparing for to see what they could successfully get away with.

Florida School Security Guard Who Let Shooter Kill Kids Just Caught Hiding HUGE Secret

Published

on

Just over a week after one of the largest mass school shootings since Sandy Hook took place, the country has finally learned that there was an armed campus cop present at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School during the deadly attack. The was a fact that was seemingly withheld as all of the media coverage was focused on politicizing the tragedy and pushing for gun control. Now we’re learning more about why the one man empowered to stop the attacker from killing more people, who didn’t run into the school like the hero first responders and intentionally hid outside instead.

One student witness, frustrated by complete inaccuracies he was seeing on television, finally got his first-hand account out to the media when he mentioned something strange about the campus security guard. “The only armed person in the school, the SRO, was reportedly nowhere to be found during the time of the attack and it shows in the fact that Cruz managed to vacate the school unscathed,” Stoneman Senior Brandon Minoff said. Since that admission, authorities have confirmed that to be true along with a sick secret about the guard.

Daily Mail reports:

A police officer who was on duty at a Florida high school and did nothing to stop gunman Nikolas Cruz when he started his massacre has been suspended.

Deputy Scot Peterson, who was armed with a handgun, didn’t follow police procedure and immediately confront Cruz when he started his rampage killing 17 people with an AR-15 assault rifle, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s department.

Instead, he took cover at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School for upwards of four minutes and “never went in,” according to Sheriff Scott Israel who said Peterson’s actions left him “Sick to my stomach. There are no words.”

Israel added that the school resources officer should have “gone in, addressed the killer and killed the killer.”

What’s even more shocking, is that in 2016, Peterson had been personally made aware of Cruz’s vile Instagram posts that detailed his plans to shoot up the school. He did nothing then, just like he did nothing once he actually attacked the school as he said he would.

A description of where Peterson hid and why explained by Coral Springs Officer Tim Burton in an interview with the New York Times, sheds more light into the grossly negligent deputy.

“Burton said Peterson ‘was seeking cover behind a concrete column leading to a stairwell,’ because he was worried Cruz could be lurking in the lot. He said Peterson couldn’t hear gunshots or screams to lead him to the precise location of the shooting,” the Daily Mail reported.

Peterson is now defending his sickening actions, saying he “believed he did a good job,” and fulfilled his duty by “calling in location and description of gunman.” Ironically, Peterson now has personal security standing guard outside his home, protecting him from news reporters and perhaps retaliation, since clearly, he’s unable to protect anyone, including himself.

Peterson should have been a person out issuing parking tickets, not responsible for protecting an entire school of children which he had not intentions of saving. As a 33-year veteran of the police force, he was paid pretty well for not doing his job, making a base annual salary of $75,673.72, according to Jeff Bell, the president of the Broward Sheriff’s Office Deputies Association. “With longevity and first-responder bonuses, he was probably making closer to $80,000,” Bell added. It’s unfathomable why he would get first responder bonuses without actually being a first responder when he was supposed to.

This deputy had no right to wear a badge and uniform and present himself as someone who could be trusted to serve and protect when he didn’t feel confident inside to do that. Perhaps when he took the job at Stoneman Douglas High, he was hoping to be a glorified hall monitor. That’s essentially all he was in the end as he hid behind a concrete post and for four minutes, listening to 17 people scream for their lives as they were being gunned down and wondering when he would come save them. He never did, he escaped before they could, sacrificing their lives for his own safety.

This proves that the real solution isn’t just putting armed guards at schools. It ensuring that each person trusted to protect has the wherewithal to do their job and use their gun. It’s not just about having good guys with guns for protection, it’s about having good guys with guns who can and will use it if and when the time comes. The deputy coward could have and should have killed Cruz, sparing an unknown number of lives and hundreds of thousands in taxpayer money that will now be used to incarcerate this individual for years.
